Go here for the text at 15:31 this video starts. It is a video about drush. But I cannot get it to work with Drupal 7.

It is just command line commands. I was able to find exactly what I needed.

I wish I could have copied text though. To install D7 from drush (and a helpful rename):

drush dl drupal-7.x --drupal-project-rename=druapal

you're right, the author of this video didn't include audio. you might want to see if these videos work for you:
